With the inspired leadership of Johan Perslow, our team brings the experience of over 20 years working together to provide solutions to the toughest challenges in the water and wastewater industry.
Our engineering and operations teams provide a comprehensive approach to water recycling facility performance and operation from the initial design stages through facility long-term operation. As a result of this in-house team, we have developed a number of innovative approaches, technological tools and experienced-based methodologies that further add to our efficient approach to water infrastructure.

Our Founder
PERC Water Corporation (originally Pacific Environmental Resources Corp.) was founded in January 1998 by Johan Perslow, PE, a licensed civil engineer and general contractor with more than 40 years of experience in the water sector.
Familiar with the challenges associated with the traditional contracting method of design-bid-build (where each phase of the project exists as an independent transaction), Mr. Perslow sought to create a single-source entity that could be relied upon from the initial design phases through long-term operations. His philosophy transfers the inherent client risks of capital cost, operating costs, delivery schedule and performance directly to PERC Water.

Over the last 22 years, PERC Water and our strategic partner, Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering (PACE), have worked together to complete over 30 Design-Build-Operate projects. PACE is a water resource specialty engineering firm dedicated to providing advanced water engineering solutions.
